Turning a family food truck into a corporate booking magnet.
The situation
A brother-and-sister food truck in Hampshire wanted to grow the corporate hire side of the business without losing what got them there in the first place: homemade, globally-inspired street food and the kind of hands-on service you only get from a small team.
The catering market is crowded, and standing out meant leading with more than just the plate.
The challenge
Corporate bookers see hundreds of catering options that all look the same. The Cookhouse's edge was its people, not just the food.
The content needed to carry the warmth and personality of the family behind the truck, while staying fun and shareable enough to actually get watched.
Our approach
We built the whole content programme around the duo. Their humour, chemistry and hands-on approach were the story, and the food followed.
Everything was shot for social first, edited to feel native to the platforms it was landing on, not repurposed from anywhere else.
The solution
A steady flow of short-form video across three formats: TikTok-style fast cuts, behind-the-scenes moments from a busy service, and longer recipe tutorials where the food takes centre stage.
One consistent voice across all of it, so the personality and the product both cut through.
The results
Bigger reach, more genuine engagement, and a noticeable lift in corporate hire enquiries.
The content did what it was supposed to do: make prospective clients feel like they already knew the team before they ever picked up the phone.
Working with Rollo felt easy from the first shoot. They captured the personality of our business in a way we could never have done ourselves, and the leads followed.
